After years of hotel experience, I decided on working at the forefront of modern techniques and patisserie, The world renowned luxury boutique store Harrod's. Learning under people like Alistair Birt, UK Chocolate Master 2015/16; Philip Khoury, world renowned author of the vegan cook book "A New Way To Bake"; and special guest chefs like Pierre Herme and winner of world chocolataire 2017/18 Elias Läderach.
